When to get there and what to do...

We need to be in Manchester Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. We'll meet up in the Wal-Mart Parking lot and go in together Wednesday morning. If you are not able to be there that soon, we'll have another meetup Wednesday night to go in together.

Wal Mart is at 2518 Hillsboro Blvd in Manchester. It's not hard to find.

Look for my Nomad flag to meet up. It looks like this . .

I'll post more details as I get them.

No more volunteers

The Bonnaroo list is not only full, but we have to cut it back. They over estimated the number of volunteers that they needed this year, so we're having to cut our list. If you have already sent in your deposit, then you're fine. If you haven't sent in a deposit, then it's too late. Sorry. I'll be cutting 70 people off the list today. Please don't email me and ask me not to cut you or if you have been cut. I can't respond to that amount of email. I'll let everyone know the final list when I have it. Thanks!

Deposits

Our Bonnaroo list has been trimmed back, which means we need fewer people than we originally thought, which means it would be a great idea to send your deposit in right away to hold your place on the list. If the list gets too full and we have to cut people, the people that are cut will be the ones who have not paid a deposit.

Also, I'm going to be out of town from April 27 - May 7. I will not be able to confirm that I got your deposit until I return, but it will be safe here until I return, so if you send it and don't hear from me, don't worry, it'll be fine.

If you are a follower of this blog and your friends are not, please tell them to read this and let them know that they should follow it so they don't miss important info.

Thanks!

Teams and Team Leaders

So, we're going to try a new plan to help things stay organized, help people stay with their friends and help us keep us with everyone. If you are with a group of folks, we want you to form a "team" and pick a team leader. That way we can communicate with 1 person in your group instead of 3,5,8 or whatever. If you would, please email me and let me know if you are a group (more than 1) and tell me who is in your group and who the leader will be. Thanks for your help.

If you haven't subscribed to this blog or become a "follower" please do, so you will always be up to date.

Bonnaroo 2009!

Hey there, Here is a little info for you if you're just finding out about volunteering with us at Bonnaroo. My name is Beau, I'm with Nomad Supply. I'm working for Kingdom Promotions, which is the staffing company that has been contracted to organize the tollbooth workers for Bonnaroo this year. Working the tollbooths means that we'll be greeting folks and scanning tickets at the front gate of the festival. I don't have all of the details yet, but based on last year, I would say that everyone will be required to work two 12 hour shifts in exchange for a weekend pass. If you haven't spoken with me yet and would like to get on the list, please email me at nomadsupply@gmail.com. I'll need your name, email address and cell phone number (for contact at the show).

There is a $50 deposit required to be a volunteer. It has to be a money order and it has to have your Name, Email address and cell number included so I can make sure I know where the money came from. Please send it to

Nomad Supply
200 Fern Street
Birmingham, AL 35210

PLEASE do not contact Bonnaroo or Kingdom Promotions. They have asked me to make it clear to you that they do not want you to contact them about the tollbooth work. That's why they have me. If you have any questions, please ask me. If I don't know the answer, I'll find it out for you.
